5. What sizes are available?
Our denim joggers are available in four colors and sizes 30 to 44. Other jogger styles are available in sizes 30 to 38. Jeans are available in sizes 30 to 38, while trousers are available in sizes 30 to 36. Other products are generally available from Small to XL.
6. How can I choose the right size?
A size chart is provided below every product on our website. It includes the measurements and sizing details you need to choose the right size.
7. How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Karachi usually takes 1–2 days. Delivery to other cities in Pakistan usually takes 4–5 days.
8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
9. Do you offer refunds on returned orders?
Yes. Refunds are processed within 7 days. For standard returns, the customer pays the return courier charges and the applicable amount is refunded according to our policy.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a reverse pickup: the rider will deliver the correct replacement and collect the affected product from you.
